The charming and secret enclosed fields in Pays Fort, where there is still witchcraft, circle the castles and pyramid shaped barns. They open to the west side towards the mystical "Sologne", with its mildness and its mystery, and towards the south to the heart of the famous Menetou Salon vineyards.

Limestone, clay, sandstone, or flint, forests or ponds, large open fields, hills with enclosed fields, hillsides with vineyards, or the banks of the Loire, they are all aspects which testify to the variety of this territory. It is a variety that is issued from the encounter of soil and men, who have formed its landscapes, and continue making them and transforming them every day.
